Drive In Worship Guidelines

Now two options for seating at our drive-in worship.

1. You can enjoy worship from your car
OR
2.You can bring a chair of your choice and use one of the designated spaces for seated attendance.
-These areas will be clearly labeled, and socially distanced.
-We ask that everyone who is seated in these areas keep their mask on for the entirety of your time at church, except for when taking the communion elements.
-If you are planning on using this option for worship, we ask that you park in the gravel lots on the East Side of the parking lot, alongside N Serene Dr. in an orderly fashion, leaving room for other cars to park around you.
-Please remain aware of keeping spacing between groups as you enter into worship and as you walk to and from your cars.
-Seated areas will be dismissed in an order so as to keep us from bunching up as we leave.

(*All below safety procedures still apply)
(*Seating in the car is recommended for all members with pre-existing conditions or health concerns.)

Procedures to help us keep our Drive-In Worship safe.

-We will indicate the correct radio frequency for your to tune your car radio to receive the service audio when you arrive at worship.

-Please park where our parking volunteers direct you.
We will be spacing out cars appropriately, and will need your patience and cooperation in parking as our volunteers direct you.

-Please remain in your car at all times.
Unless you are volunteering in worship, or in case of emergency we are asking for everyone to remain in your cars to ensure social distancing is practiced.

-Please wear a mask to drive in worship.
Please wear/bring a mask to drive in worship. This will help us to ensure the safety of our worship and the ability to continue with this style of worship. You do not have to wear your mask the whole time. However, there will be times during the service where it will be necessary to wear your mask. ( i/e: when our volunteers come to bring you a bulletin, the elements used during communion, and collect offering; or when you and your neighbor car both have your windows down, etc.) Please use common courtesy and your best judgment with your mask to help us keep everyone safe.

-Bathrooms are available for emergency purposes only.
As we strive to create a safe place for worship, we would like everyone to try to use the bathroom before they come to worship. We also know this cannot always be the case. In the case of an emergency, please use the eastern most door and use the bathrooms one person at a time. Please use the provided wipes to wipe down any bathroom utility that you have touched.

-Please wash your hands before coming to worship
We will pass out bulletins, communion cups and collect offering at the beginning of worship. To help keep our volunteers safe, we are asking for everyone to make an effort to wash their hands before worship.

-We love you and can’t wait until we can all hang out again, but…
We are asking that everyone disperse from the parking lot immediately after church, as the parking lot attendants will direct you. This will help us to keep everyone safe during our services.

Thank you for doing your part in helping us keep this new worship service as safe as we can. You are helping us to love our neighbor and care for those around us. We appreciate your help and can’t wait to worship together in this new way.

We can't wait to worship with you!
